We all have different types of problems in our hair. Everyone has experienced hair loss or any other hair related issue. I have some tips which are designed to help you maximize ‘hair health’.

Let me tell you one thing that – There is nothing that you can do about natural hair fall.

SEEING A LOT OF HAIR WHIRLING DOWN THE SHOWER DRAIN?

Don’t freak-yet. Losing hair to a certain extent is perfectly normal.

  • The average women lose between 50 and 100 strands every single day, even up to 150 in some cases, and it is perfectly normal. You lose hair and it grows back in a healthy way!
  • But if you feel like you are losing an excessive amount of hair each day, then James C Marrotta, New York-based hair restoration specialist, recommends the trick ‘Take about 60 hairs between your fingers and pull i.e. running your fingers through your hair. Usually between 5 and 8 hairs will show up on your fingers, which is the totally normal amount.

He says “An excess of 15 hairs is not normal to lose hair. You are losing more than you should be.” And in these cases, you should definitely visit your doctor.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU CHANGE YOUR SHAMPOO?

I am sure many of you have no idea that how important it is to change your shampoo in every 2-3 months. As we don’t feed our body the same thing every day, our hair also requires different nutrients.  And changing shampoo will cause you a bad hair and hair loss is a 100% myth.  

You should change your shampoo once you finish your one bottle and buy different shampoo next time. You will feel the difference between giving your hair different shampoo.  One thing you should remember is to choose a shampoo which suits you the best. Buy shampoo which is designed for your hair type and problems.

 HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS THE KEY

It is very important that what you put inside your body. One thing that we forget the most is drinking lots and lots of water. Your body and hair need water the most. It majorly affects your hair types. Each fresh veggie, fruits & a healthy diet.   It will not only complement your body but hair as well.

AVOID TIGHT HAIRSTYLES AND BRAIDINGS.

The more you pull your hair tightly the more it damages your hair. This will cause you a major hair fall. Tight hairstyles pull the hair tightly which then strains the follicles and weakens them over a period. Eventually, this will make your hair thinner.  Also, don’t tie a tight rubber band, use a slight loose hair band.

DON’T DO FORCEFUL BRUSHING TO YOUR HAIR

There is a trick to comb your hair. You should always start combing your hair from the ends of your hair to the up. Combing from ends will make your combing process easy and healthy. Don’t ever brush your wet hair. Brushing your wet hair will make you lose your hair.

HAVE A DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENT

Don’t forget to use conditioner after using shampoo

It’s the worst thing that you can do to your hair.

Regular deep conditioning treatment can make your hair shiny and healthy. People usually don’t give them self a hair spa. But, it can help prevent hair damage. It imparts moisture, promotes elasticity, adds shine and luster.
