  1. Protect your skin from the sun: It is very important and one of the most ignored thing that people do to their skin. A life time of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, also lot of problems related to it like skin cancer, skin rashes, allergic reactions.

    2. Always use sun-screen: Never ever leave your house without applying sunscreen on your body generously,            also it is very important that you reapply every two hours. Choose sunscreen which contains 50+ SPF in it              [Wear shades and protective cloths to cover your skin when you step out]

    3.Avoid Hot water: It is very harmful to wash your face with hot water. Always use cold or normal water to          rinse your face.  Warm showers can dry and irritate skin. It removes natural oil from your skin. People                  with dry, sensitive skin should use Luke-warm water and non-soap cleansers.

    4·Moisturizing matters: It helps to prevent and treat your dry skin, also improves skin tone & texture.                   Moisturizer holds water in the outermost layer of skin.

  • What happens when you don’t use moisturizer?
  1. You could develop more wrinkles.
  2. You will look older than you are.
  3. It will aggravate your acne.
  4. Even your makeup won’t look flawless.
  5. You’ll face itching issues.
  6. You can face some major permanent issues with your skin.
  7. Water level of your skin will drop down.·        

Treat your skin gently: Bath- Don’t take shower more than you need. Taking long shower removes oil from your skin and you feel very dry after your shower, so limit your bath.

Wipe your face gently: Don’t rub towel and scratch your face, just dab your face with a towel.  

Don’t sleep with your makeup on: This is the worst thing to do with your skin.  Your all day long makeup + sweat + oil + pollution & grime from the environment –is standing between you and your desired complexion. It might even be permanently aging your skin.

  2. You’ll have major skin type change.
  3. Also sleeping on that dirty pillow next night with clean face will also lead you to bad skin. [change your pillow cover]
