No excuses for walking
- Believe it or not, running is a great way to increase your overall level of health. It boosts your immune system and lower your risk of developing blood clots. Doing regular exertion is extremely important exercise. It will burn all your belly pooch.
- Join the activity and you won’t believe the results after doing exercise. 30 mins of daily walk is very important. Walking is free, only thing is required is your efforts. It helps you not only physically but mentally too.
2.WARM WATER CAN HEAL YOUR BODY
Physicians recommended drinking warm water in the morning with polyphenol – rich lemon immersion or with a tea shown to decrease free radical activity in the body. Drinking warm water flushes the toxins, including fat deposits, it also improves blood circulation. It’s the best for burning belly fat. Even if you are not following any diet you must drink warm water.
3.DON’T USE YOUR STOMACH AS A TRASH CAN
Don’t eat ‘Outside Food’. Main reason for obesity is eating ‘‘JUNK’’
The more you eat food which easy to cook and fast to get is going to harm your body system. ‘’WHY WE EAT WHATEVER’S IN FRONT OF US’’
When we eat we tend to follow mom’s advice and clean our plates. This tradition is only in India you get to see. And that food is more than we actually need. by doing this after our meal we feel gross for a couple hours. Few tricks to stop this. Always serve food into your plate by your own, even in restaurant. So that you exactly know what amount you are able to eat.
